How To Find Sgt Winter in Fortnite
To locate Sgt Winter in Fortnite, head to the recently introduced Winterburg landmark, situated on a small island at the northernmost point of the Battle Royale map.
For an efficient approach, initiate your Battle Royale match and directly land at this distant location, which lies slightly northeast of the Classy Courts POI, surrounded by water and accessible via ziplines.
Once you arrive, you’ll spot Sgt Winter walking in a circular pattern around the Reboot Van at the island’s center. To engage with the NPC, approach him, and he’ll extend a greeting before tossing a present in your direction.
It’s important to note that Sgt Winter won’t initiate attacks against you or other players unless provoked. Despite his imposing appearance, the sergeant is essentially harmless.
Previously, Sgt Winter could be found driving around the main roads in his truck, but due to a bug, his truck has been entirely removed, and now he can only be encountered at Winterburg.
