Layout of Colter in RDR2
The town has a main street that goes down the middle, and there are buildings on both sides of it. As you approach from the south, you’ll see a stable on the right with a small cooking area next to it.
Pearson uses this cooking area in the first chapter. Outside the stables, there are two posts where you can hitch your horse. On the left side of the road, there are some buildings that used to house the miners. Most of these buildings are still in good condition.
Towards the north of the town, the buildings start to deteriorate. Next to the church, there is an unidentified building that is falling apart. The church itself is in ruins with holes and gaps in the roof, and many wooden planks are missing.
There is a small graveyard next to the church with several tombstones. Across from the church, there is a building that has been completely destroyed, leaving only a pile of rubble and debris.
