What is The En-Oma Shrine in Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom

En-oma Shrine, also known as Rauru’s Blessing, is a sacred and mysterious place nestled within the enchanting West Necluda Region in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This awe-inspiring shrine remains concealed within the depths of the Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave, awaiting the arrival of a worthy adventurer who can unlock its secrets.

To gain access to En-oma Shrine, aspiring heroes must embark on a challenging shrine quest.
This quest presents a series of trials and puzzles that you must overcome with wit, skill, and resourcefulness. Only you can unravel the intricacies of the shrine quest and prove your worth to be granted passage to the hallowed halls of En-oma Shrine.

As you venture deeper into the Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave, you’ll encounter various obstacles and puzzles that test your problem-solving abilities and agility. These challenges push you to your limits, requiring you to manipulate the environment, uncover hidden paths, and utilize your arsenal of tools and abilities.

To find the Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave and reach Enoma Shrine, follow these directions:

  1. The cave is located beneath the whirlpool in Lake Hylia. Simply descend into the whirlpool from above to enter the cave.
  2. If you’re coming from the Popla Hills Skyview Tower, there is a Sky Island southwest of it. Glide over from that Sky Island to reach the whirlpool area.
  3. Once you have glided over the whirlpool and descended into the cave, proceed straight ahead. Look for a green hand symbol and touch it to activate the Shrine Quest called “The Lake Hylia Crystal.”
  4. Coordinates for the Enoma Shrine entrance: 0104, -2517, -0087.

The light in the shrine shows that the crystal is above you. To get to the land that is not underwater and go up, just walk in the direction to your right. But be careful not to completely come out on the other side because you will be close to falling into the whirlpool. Go back to the ground and open your map. Change to the Sky Island level and put a stamp there so you can remember it. Your aim is now to get to that Sky Island. We got to this Sky Island by instantly going to the In-isa Shrine on the Great Sky Island in the northern direction.

We completed this shrine as one of our first shrines after waking up. Before jumping and heading south to glide towards the previously marked Sky Island, we recommend having more than two stamina wheels. Alternatively, you can use elixirs or stamina-boosting foods to make up the difference. If you feel confident that you have enough. Leap off the southern tip of the Great Sky Island (the one you’re on after teleporting to the In-isa Shrine). Glide towards the Sky Island where the green beam of light is pointing.

After you touch the ground, make sure to watch out for the opening in the center right before the shiny, green crystal. If you fall into the hole, you’ll have to begin from the beginning again. Take the green crystal and go down into the hole, going down through the swirling water again. Bring the green crystal back to the place where you first started the mission and go into the new shrine that has appeared. Inside En-oma Shrine, if you finish the shrine quest, all you have to do is open the treasure chest. Inside, you will find a powerful sword called the Mighty Zonaite Sword. You can also collect your Light of Blessing from there.
