Genshin Impact C rated Characters list August 2023

You, the player, have the responsibility of creating the most powerful Genshin Impact characters in the game. The goal of the game is to create a team of heroes that you can change and equip with strong items and weapons. If you want good weapons or want to find free options in missions, it’s important to use characters with a C rating in Genshin.

If you are just beginning, it can be very useful to know what a character is good at. When Sumeru comes out, we might see some new characters like Candace, Tighnari, and Nilou. It’s not possible to use every hero in the game, but it’s important to know which ones are strong and versatile. Unless you are comfortable with losing all your money and becoming bankrupt on your own.

This paper will show you how good each character is in Genshin Impact. In this discussion, I will talk about the new C rated characters that have been added, the banner Pity, and the NPCs that you can get for free when you reach certain achievements in the game.

Noelle

Noelle is a Geo Claymore character that takes defensive play very seriously. Because of her protection and her capacity to heal, she is most beneficial to players in the early stages of the game. Her capacity for mending may be lacking, but it is sufficient to get the job done in the absence of a more capable colleague.

Kaeya

Sword-wielder While Kaeya is capable of performing the duties of the primary DPS for newcomers to Genshin Impact, it is strongly recommended that he be replaced as soon as feasible. While his ascension stats may enable him a faster energy recovery, Kaeya’s elemental skills are not as beneficial as those of other Cryos since they are not nearly as powerful.

Traveler

The ability to switch elemental types is one of the greatest benefits of being a traveler. The traveler may be of assistance if your group is in dire need of an Anemo, Geo, Electro, or Dendro specialist. Due to their capacity to freely switch elements, the Traveler may blend in with any team despite having rather weak regular sword strikes. We have placed the Traveler in Tier C, although this ranking is very dependent on the make-up of your squad. It is possible to raise the tier of a Traveler, such as an Electric one, by pairing it with the appropriate characters to serve as support and batteries.

Lisa

This librarian is ideal for new gamers because of his or her area-of-effect Electric abilities. She does more damage per hit, has area-of-effect attacks, and can easily increase her Electro’s damage with her Catalyst than any of the other three beginning characters. Even yet, once you have more Wishes, you can easily outclass her.

Beidou

The creation of Beidou is a challenging task. Nevertheless, Beidou’s elemental powers don’t become effective until she reaches cluster level four, and even then, most other Claymore characters have a greater basic damage output. That is to say, it may take a long time for Beidou to attain her full potential when there are faster and more effective options.

Ningguang

This Catalyst’s shield ability is one of a kind, allowing them to control the layout of the battlefield by erecting gigantic. Geo walls at strategic locations to halt oncoming enemy hordes. There’s a potential that Ningguang may rise in the rankings in the future. Since that Geo characters have received a much-needed damage increase with the 1.3 patch. If you want to gain experience playing as this Geo DPS dealer, check out our Genshin Impact Ningguang build.

Aloy

As free characters often don’t fare well, the audience had low hopes for Genshin Impact’s first crossover character. Nonetheless, Aloy seems to be an exception, since she may be a fantastic sub-DPS pick for the right teams. It’s possible that the machine hunter’s lack of constellations may be addressed in a future update, coinciding with Aloy’s narrative mission.

Qiqi

C-rated-characters

The finest part about Cryo Swordswoman Qiqi is that her healing powers scale off of her attack strength, making her a potent offensive weapon in her own right. That is to say, she is an excellent healer and damage dealer. However, healers have no place in the current meta, therefore Qiqi’s usefulness on the latter Spiral Abyss levels suffers greatly.

Collei

Even with the strongest Collei build, Genshin Impact’s first four-star Dendro bow user. Collei has trouble pushing her teammates to the next level. It’s true that most four-star characters are weak. But what makes Collei so bad is that Dendro Traveler is very effective. You can get Collei for free during the Graven Innocence event. But you’ll have to put in a lot of effort if you want to outdo the Dendro Traveler’s damage output.

Layla

C-rated-characters

Layla is typical of the Sumerian cast in that she has unique qualities that set her apart from the others. In contrast to fellow Cryo shield user Diona, Layla may do harm even while her shield absorbs it. Diona heals her allies, but Layla’s increased damage output might let you finish off adversaries a little quicker. To protect your characters from harm as much as possible. We recommend using our best Genshin Impact Layla build, which allows Layla to create the greatest shield possible. Layla is on C tier since she may be effective in certain Cryo teams. But she won’t be able to shine until she reaches constellation three.

Dori

Similar to how it took months for Yae Miko to realise her potential as a result of Electro’s responses to Dendro, it’s possible that the same might be true for Dori. The Claymore is used by this 4-star Electrical healer, although it does not increase her damage. The optimal Dori build, on the other hand, makes her a strong support character. Sadly, Dori isn’t too interested in the present crop of Dendro characters; however, this may change with the introduction of the Dendro Archon. Dori is now inferior to even Beidou, much alone Yae Miko, who is a five-star character.

Faruzan

C-rated-characters

The developers of Genshin Impact have been excellent as of late at introducing four-star characters that can be used without unlocking several constellations. However, Faruzan is not one of them. Her greatest build allows her to help other characters by increasing their elemental damage. But it is her passive skill that enhances Anemo damage, making her a great choice for Anemo DPS. Anemo characters get 40% higher damage at constellation six, but this comes with a significant cost that makes it unattainable for most players. Keep away from Faruzan unless you really must face the strongest Xiao or Wanderer team available.

Wrapping Up

Every player should be very excited to play any of the characters ranked lower on the list of Genshin Impact characters that will come out in August 2023. This list has some of the strongest and most fascinating characters in the game, which allows players to have a fun and different experience playing the game. Lots of choices and things you can do. The list of characters that are not very well-known will bring something new for experienced gamers to enjoy.
