Where are Great Fairy Fountains Zelda Tears of The Kingdom

In The Legend of Zelda series, fountains play important roles, although I don’t have specific information about Tears of the Kingdom. Fountains are often found in sacred or secluded places and hold magical or mystical power. They are associated with life, healing, and wisdom, providing benefits to the protagonist, Link, on his quest.

One common type of fountain is the Fairy Fountain, inhabited by healing fairies. Link can catch these fairies in bottles, using them to restore his health or revive him in battle. Although specific details may vary in different Zelda games, fountains generally offer magical aid to the hero on his journey.

Here is a summary of all the Great Fairy Fountain locations and their corresponding regions:

  • Great Fairy Tera: Found northeast of the Castle Ruins.
  • Great Fairy Kaysa: Located southwest of Lookout Landing.

  • Great Fairy Mija: Found northeast of Rito Village.

To interact with the Great Fairies and upgrade your armor, you’ll need to complete a series of sidequests involving a musical troupe called The Stable Trotters, who are currently missing.

The first two members of the musical troupe can be located at the Woodland Stable in Eldin Canyon, west of Pico Pond and northeast of Crenel Hills, at the coordinates (1046, 1145, 0022). They will mention that the Lucky Clover Gazette, a newspaper, is the only one who can hear their story. Your task is to find the Gazette.

At the coordinates (-3251, 1772, 0118), you will find the Lucky Clover Gazette situated at a stable of the same name, located east of Rito Village. If it’s your first visit, talk to Traysi inside.

After a briefing, you’ll begin the ‘Potential Princess Sightings!’ side adventure, which involves visiting stables across Hyrule. This presents an opportunity for the Lucky Clover Gazette to meet the musical troupe. Return to the Woodland Stable to continue the quest.

How to Upgrade Armor using the Great Fairy Mountains in Zelda

After completing the Great Fairy quests, the fairies will enhance your armor. However, it’s not as straightforward as just having enough rupees. Each fairy can upgrade your gear once, giving you a total of four chances to significantly enhance your equipment.
