You will need to make one more leap, and then swim short through the tar once more, in order to reach a second platform that is waiting for you around the side of the enormous container.
From that vantage point, you’ll be able to locate a rock platform that’s stable just off to the left. Move on to here, and then crack open the blue package that has been waiting. You’ll find Cal’s magnificent mullet if you look inside.
