The Legendary Ram RDR2 is a special animal that you can try to find and kill in the game. If you succeed, you can get some cool prizes. It is a big and powerful animal that is admired for its grandeur. The animal’s big horns and special markings make it a sought-after animal for people who like to hunt or collect them. As a starting point, a player could pick a picture of the amazing Ram on a high mountain, with its beautiful horns in the sky.
Another possibility is to take a close-up picture of the ram’s impressive horns, showing the detailed and special patterns. No matter what you choose, a Legendary Ram background would be a great way to honor one of the game’s most famous and desirable creatures. To find the Legendary Ram, players need to go to Cattail Pond in the Grizzlies East region on the game’s map. To succeed in defeating this powerful beast, it is important to be well-prepared and plan carefully.
Legendary Ram RDR2 Background
The Legendary Ram is one of the 16 legendary animals in RDR2 that may be killed and skinned. Skinning it will provide the Legendary Ram Hide and Legendary Ram Horn. The Horn is used to make the Ram Horn Trinket, which when harvested doubles the amount of oregano, thyme, and mint.
Legendary Ram RDR2 Location
In Red Dead Redemption 2, the Legendary Ram can be found in the hills just north of the railroad, slightly east of Cattail Pond. It’s located across the Dakota River to the east of Valentine. As a formidable foe, the Legendary Ram boasts impressive size and strength, making it a prized target for hunters seeking to add it to their collection of rare animals. With its majestic horns and thick woolly coat, the Legendary Ram is a sight to behold.
However, tracking and taking down this elusive creature is no easy feat. It requires patience, skill, and a keen eye for detail. So, if you’re up for the challenge, make sure to come prepared with the right equipment and supplies, and be ready for an exhilarating hunt in the rugged wilderness of the game’s open world.
Legendary Ram RDR2 How to Kill
1. Equip your most powerful weapons and ammo. A Shotgun with Slug Ammo purchased from a Fence is a great hunting accessory. You cannot damage Legendary Animal pelts, so bring strong weapons and leave your bow behind.
2. Ride to the area where the Legendary Animal should appear based on the map below.
3. A black box should pop up on the upper left corner of the screen indicating you’ve entered a Legendary Animal’s territory.
4. Get off of your horse and move in slow, spiraling circles until a white question mark (?) appears on your map. This is the start of the hunting sequence.
Don’t See the Black Box Pop Up?
5. If you do not see the black box pop up or the white ?, leave the area and camp nearby. Return, and the black box should appear, and the animal should spawn. Note that some Legendary Animals will not appear until you’ve completed Master Hunter Challenges.
6. At the white ?, press the button indicated to investigate the droppings, fur, or damage the animal left. This reveals a path. Click the RIGHT STICK and LEFT STICK at the same time to enter Eagle Eye mode and see the path (R3/L3).
7. Follow the path and, at the end of it (usually the path runs in a straight line from where you started, and it always ends within the white circle on the map) enter Eagle Eye again.
Investigate
8. Investigate the second of three animal evidence markers.
9. Repeat the above steps to reveal a third evidence marker. At this point, listen for the animal and crouch.
10.Move slowly towards the animal using the final path illuminated by your Eagle Eye.
11.Replenish Dead Eye as needed, and target the animal’s head with your powerful weapon.
12.Again, you cannot damage the pelt of a Legendary Animal, so fire as many shots as you can. Animals like the Legendary Buck will run after taking damage, so you’ll need to shoot quickly and with powerful ammo.
13.Approach the Legendary Animal and skin it.
14.If you let the animal get away, leave the area (go back to Camp) and sleep for 72 hours.
