Genshin Impact has leak information suggesting that two prominent Fatui’s Harbingers characters may soon be unplayable. Since its release in late 2020, the HoYoverse RPG has featured a number of notable villains who would go on to become playable characters. Tartaglia, the Raiden Shogun, and the Wanderer all faced off against the Traveler at some point, only to eventually join forces with the player. The eleven Fatui Harbingers have been some of the most memorable enemies throughout the game.
The Fatui is originally presented as a powerful group operating out of Genshin Impact’s frigid northern area of Snezhnaya in an effort to collect the magical Gnoses kept by the Archons of the various regions. Some of the eleven top Harbingers for the Fatui have already made appearances in the Genshin Impact leak plot, and players have already had the chance to do battle with three of them. Many players assumed that the other Fatui would join Tartaglia and Wanderer in becoming playable characters as they gained prominence. But, the future of two well-known Harbingers now seems uncertain.
Dottore and Arlecchino’s statuses were disclosed by Team China’s latest leak. Due to their modified NPC models, Fatui Harbingers’ “Lunatic” and “Traitor” will not be playable, according to the leak. Dottore, one of Genshin Impact’s new region’s key villains, appears many times in Sumeru’s Archon Quest. The Fontaine narrative is expected to include Arlecchino.
Tao, another Genshin Impact leaker, gives fans hope despite Team China’s declaration that neither Fatui member would be playing. Tao’s post suggests that the two characters were just not intended for Fontaine, not removed from the roster. Inazuma’s Archon Quest included Signora, a Harbinger who was not playable.
Genshin Impact has witnessed several Major roster leaks, including Arlecchino and Dottore. With Version 4.0, more than 10 Fontaine characters are scheduled to join the game. Some older locations will get new characters, notably Mondstadt’s Varka. Fatui Harbingers fans will want time to save Primogems for the next member.
