Shredder Is Coming To Call Of Duty

The Call of Duty Twitter account has hinted at a Shredder operator skin for Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, letting gamers play as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ most infamous antagonist.

A new enemy (Shredder) will emerge, according to a tweet from Call of Duty. The attached teaser video prominently features the infamous Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, complete with his signature black mask and slashing armor. He’s so committed to the TGRI cause that he’s fastened a can of their infamous green goo to his chest. Shredder will arrive On March 21, 2023.

There’s no telling whether the turtles will be a part of this partnership. But it would be strange to have Shredder without the heroes in a half-shell to oppose him. You may be surprised to see the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Call of Duty, but it’s not the first time a big partnership has gone a bit less human; Godzilla, King Kong, and even Attack on Titan’s Armored Titan have all appeared as operator skins in previous games.

Shredder’s arrival looks to fall shortly after the start of Call of Duty’s Season 2 Reloaded update. As the current battle pass suggests the big update should happen around March 15. We’ll likely get more details on the TMNT collaboration before the big update.
