To promote his forthcoming Netflix sci-fi film, Rebel Moon. Director Zack Snyder has announced that a computer game would be developed as a companion piece.
The director talked about his upcoming film, Rebel Moon. The Nerd Queens, reveals details about the film’s worldbuilding, and the inspiration for the film’s protagonist Kora. And the filmmaker’s vision for the film’s potential franchise. At this time. Zack Snyder said that he is assisting with the creation of an open-world role-playing game based on Rebel Moon.
Snyder commented, “The one thing that I’m having a lot of fun with. And I’m not sure if I’m allowed to talk about it in this RPG that we’re building that is really insane. And so deep, and so intense, and so enormous.”
“I have presented the idea because I’ve always wanted to make an RPG. But the developers gave me two options. either build it on a small scale or go all out with a massive one. And I thought, Clearly, the absurd scale is where we ought to be doing it.”
Without naming the company working on the RPG, Snyder said. “it’s going to take so much time because we’ve got to all these brain dumps, you’ve got to tell us everything in the world. What’s occurring…” According to Snyder, he assured them, “It’s OK, I’m thrilled to do it; let’s go all the way.”
After concluding that the game would have “a perfectly realized world” of Rebel Moon and “it’s really going to be entertaining.” The director broke himself off and said, “Well, I’m not allowed to speak about it.”
